Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain a high level of productivity and quality metrics
Follow Amazon policies and procedures to uphold the companys standards and integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
Proficiency in English (for internal communication and training)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
