## Responsibilities: 📍Collaborate with product managers, developers, sales, marketing and otherstakeholders to understand the features, functionality, and requirements of our products and offerings. 📍Research, write, edit, and format technical documentation that is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand. 📍Use various tools and platforms to create and publish documentation in different formats and media, such as HTML, PDF, Wiki, Excel and Online help, etc. 📍Follow the documentation standards and best practices for style, tone, structure, and format. 📍Review and update existing documentation to ensure it is up to date, consistent, and aligned with the product and service changes. 📍Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to improve the quality and usability of the documentation. 📍Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. ## Requirements 📍Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communication, or related field. 📍At least 5 years of experience in technical writing or documentation. 📍Proficient in written and spoken English. 📍Familiar with various documentation tools and platforms, such as 📍Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, etc. 📍Experience with various documentation types and formats, such as user guides, manuals, tutorials, FAQs, release notes, etc. 📍Knowledge of technical writing principles and best practices, such as grammar, style, tone, structure, format, etc. 📍Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple and clear language. 📍Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. 📍Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
