Job Description:
We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a Tech Sales Senior Partner to lead enterprise software sales and mentor junior partners. You’ll build your own new teams, drive new business, close high-value deals, and earn overrides on your team’s performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close enterprise software deals independently
  • Mentor and support Tech Sales Partners (L1) in prospecting and pitching
  • Develop client relationships and manage long-term accounts
  • Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to refine sales strategy
  • Track and report sales activity and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise software sales
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Able to lead by example and guide junior sales partners
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
  • Open to part-time or flexible arrangements

Compensation:
High commissions plus overriding earnings from your team’s closed deals. No cap on total income.
