Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post consistent content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others to attract and engage students and parents.
Community Engagement: Reply to comments, messages, tuition enquiries and engage with our online audience (students, parents, and followers)
Campaign & Promotion Support: Assist in running digital campaigns, promotions, and school event highlights to increase enrolment and brand awareness.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on education trends and social media content styles to keep our posts fresh and relevant.
Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance (likes, reach, engagement, etc.), and suggest improvements for future content strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Education Level: min SPM holder. Preferred Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience in content creation for social media
Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and website such as WordPress.
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or other photo/video editing tools.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
Strong written communication skills, able to craft engaging captions in English.
Good time management and organisational skills, able to plan content calendars and meet posting schedules.
