<strong>What The Role Is<br><br></strong>You assist in the administration, reconciliation and analysis of Army's manpower establishments in the HR enterprise systems.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Working On<br><br></strong><ul><li> Work with respective entities representatives to execute and govern manpower establishment policies and plans timely and effectively</li><li> Support in monitoring and managing Army's establishments database</li><li> Support in knowledge management and administration</li><li> Provide advice to stakeholders on manpower establishment policies<br><br><br></li></ul>Challenge(s)<br><br><ul><li> Handling voluminous data and ensuring data consistency and accuracy between approved establishment changes and data changes updated in systems</li><li> Multitasking and delivering tasks within tight timelines while working with multiple entities representatives</li><li> Maintaining good understanding of manpower establishment policies to effectively advise stakeholders and execute governance plans<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li> Education in Human Resource, Accounting or Information Technology is preferred</li><li> At least 2 years of work experience in HR role in a large organisation</li><li> Good grasp of Microsoft suite of Office Tools (predominantly MS Excel), as well as experience in handling SAP enterprise system is advantageous</li><li> Good team spirit</li><li> Meticulous</li><li> Self-motivated</li><li> Integrity with high degree of security/data consciousness<br><br><br></li></ul>(Applicants with no experience may apply.)<br><br>Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.<br><br>Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
