Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Qualify and develop inbound and/or outbound sales leads
  • Run campaigns to generate new sales prospects
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM tool
  • Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts and define the best strategy to approach new leads
  • Schedule demonstrations between account executives and potential customers
  • Use the best social selling techniques to identify sales leads and prospect into them
  • Manage a high volume of calls with decision makers to identify the "pain" which could be addressed by LinkedIn's business solutions
  • Be responsible for the majority of the Account Executive pipeline

About you

The company is looking for:

  • Graduated from an accredited institution, including universities, polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or equivalent educational institutions
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, Dynamics or other CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills
  • Ability to learn and effectively use tools like Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Gong for prospecting
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to gather prospecting insights from various internal and external sources, analyze and qualify business opportunities at scale
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to learn and reinvent compelling prospecting strategies that deliver results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
