<strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We are seeking a proactive and hands-on <strong>Residential Project Coordinator & Site Supervisor</strong> to support day-to-day project coordination, site supervision, and finishing works for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be practical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling minor handyman and installation tasks when needed.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth progress according to schedule.</li><li>Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.</li><li>Perform basic installation, painting touch-ups, and rectification works when required.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality control checks during and after project completion.</li><li>Manage material orders, site logistics, and progress reporting.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors to resolve site issues.</li><li>Support project handover and ensure defects are rectified promptly.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, interior renovation, or related trades.</li><li>Strong hands-on and practical skills; capable of minor repair and installation work.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Able to read floor plans and construction drawings.</li><li>Possess Class 3 driving licence preferred.</li><li>Independent, reliable, and responsible in managing site tasks.</li></ul>
