Profile:
We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to support our high-volume retail hiring needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for frontline and store-based roles. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruitment experience, enjoys a fast-paced hiring environment, and understands the manpower demands of the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define requirements.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, and referrals.

  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Support recruitment campaigns, walk-in drives, and other talent outreach activities.

  • Collaborate with HR Operations on pre-boarding and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally from an agency with a high-volume hiring environment.

  • Strong sourcing skills for blue-collar or frontline roles.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple roles under tight timelines.

  • Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates.

  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.

  • Able to commit to at least 4 working days per week and work fully onsite.
