Your role
Deloitte Protégé Program is intended to provide opportunities for fresh graduates to undergo 12 months of on-the-job training aimed at equipping them with soft skills and technical knowledge of the consulting industry.
As a Deloitte Protégé, you will have exposure to a wide range of business services within Enterprise Technology and Performance. Working with some of the best and brightest people to support Malaysian mid-tier companies (MTCs) to develop their core business operations and accelerate their export growth. More specifically, you will be:
Collecting and managing data from various sources (Internet, Annual Report, Meeting Minutes) to enhance the current project database.
Interacting with mid-tier company representatives (MTCs) to collect relevant information required for the project.
Providing basic analysis on MTCs information and data that will be used by Deloitte Consulting & Client.
Assisting Deloitte Consulting & Client in preparing the plan and implementation of competency development of the MTC companies.
