Job Summary

We are looking for well-organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to senior management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office, handling day-to-day administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and supporting official meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and official events.
  • Handle travel arrangements and related logistics for senior officials.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Process expense claims, invoices, and administrative forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the organization and execution of conferences, delegations, and official visits.
  • Requirements
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office productivity tools.
  • High level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
