We welcome applications from university studentsfor this part-time job opportunity.
Your contributions will encompass:
Effectively delivering lesson plans using the Eye Level methodology.
Ensuring frequent engagement with students.
Responsively addressing student inquiries.
Adapting teaching strategies based on students' progress and situational needs.
Providing incremental, timely, appropriate, and actionable feedback.
Encouraging persistence and a growth mindset among students by allowing multiple attempts and solutions on problems and assignments.
Consistently communicating with parents, students, and colleagues about student progress and individual needs.
Must be available to teach at least 8 hours per week during our operating hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3 PM to 8 PM
Saturday: 9 AM to 3 PM
Qualifications
Ability to nourish empathy, tolerance, and congenial personality to meet students at their level.
Ability to demonstrate preparation and skill in working with students from diverse cultural, economic and ability backgrounds.
Put deliberate effort into challenging yourself to keep growing in your teaching abilities.
Able to coach and manage several students simultaneously with high efficiency, ensuring each receives adequate support and attention.
Excellent grasp of English and Mathematics.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM10.00 - RM12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
