We are looking for part-time and freelance team members who are customer- friendly and enthusiastic to support our Sales & Service division. The role involves promoting our cleaning services, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating home cleaning tasks. This is a flexible position with hourly/job- based pay plus attractive commission.

Responsible:

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApps, phone, or email.
  • Manage sales processes including quotation, invoices, and customer follow-up.
  • Update customers database and sales records.
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring home cleaning services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/DIPLOMA in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • At lest 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
  • Good communication skills & customer-oriented personality
  • Interest in sales & service activities
  • Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Benefits:

  • Attractive commission (10%-15% per sale)
  • Payment based on hourly rate or per job completed.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
