Position Overview: We are assisting public hospitals in Singapore to recruit Resident Physicians (RP). This role is ideal for experienced foreign-trained doctors, particularly those with backgrounds in Malaysia or holding qualifications recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). RPs manage clinical responsibilities independently and support junior staff, offering an excellent pathway for career development and integration into Singapore’s healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care and clinical services across various hospital departments
Supervise and support Clinical Associates and junior medical staff
Lead ward rounds and engage in multidisciplinary discussions
Independently perform diagnostic and treatment procedures, as qualified
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Adhere to local clinical guidelines and governance
Eligibility Criteria:
Foreign-trained doctor with a minimum of 3 years’ post-Medical Officer (MO) experience
Preferably trained in Malaysia or holds a postgraduate qualification recognized by the SMC
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
Proficient communication skills in English
Experience in Emergency Medicine or hospital-based settings is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary starting from SGD 6,500 (based on experience and qualifications)
Housing allowance: SGD 1,500 per month
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance bonus
Relocation support, including:
Inbound airfare for employee, spouse, and up to 3 children (economy class)
Temporary hotel accommodation (up to SGD 230/night for 13 nights)
Settling-in allowance: SGD 1,000 (individual) or SGD 2,000 (with dependents)
