Senior Mandarin Pastor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Mandarin Pastor to join our team. As a spiritual leader, you will be responsible for guiding the congregation towards growth in their faith and knowledge of God.

• Develop a healthy spiritual life of the congregation through preaching, teaching, mentoring, and organizing activities.
• Provide pastoral care to the congregation by supporting, encouraging, and offering counsel during times of need.
• Identify and equip leaders and potential leaders to flourish in their calling.
• Align the needs of the congregation with the overall direction of the church.

• Degree in Theology or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in pastoral care ministry.
• A winsome team leader who can work with diverse groups of people.
• An independent worker with good pastoral and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is necessary as the incumbent will be working closely with Mandarin-speaking church members.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Comfortable working on weekends and non-conventional hours.
