Role : Live Chat and Email Support (Mandarin + English)

Fully Remotely / WFH

Working days / Hours : 24/7 Shift : Monday – Sunday (5 Days Work 2 Days Off)

_ 8.00am – 6.00pm _

1.00pm – 11.00pm

10.00pm – 8.00am

Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500

Job description :

· Response & follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email.

· Provide products information to customer.

· Gather customer feedback & provide suggestions on improving customer service process & experience to superior.

· Maintain positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction.

· To follow the standard telephone scripts provided during dunning

Requirements :

· SPM level & above, trilingual in English, Chinese & Malay (verbal, written & read).

· Minimum 1 years working experiences in any customer service role.

· Basic computer skill: Gsuite. Microsoft.

· Own PC/Laptop with spec 8GB RAM above & I5 Core or AMD Ryzen 5 above with 80mbps internet speed for work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
