About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our global client base. This role is ideal for someone experienced in outreach, lead sourcing, and LinkedIn networking who thrives on performance-based rewards.
You’ll identify, connect, and qualify potential clients in luxury, health, and business sectors — helping us generate warm leads and partnerships for our premium wellness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator or automation tools.
Identify and engage high-value prospects, including executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
Send personalized messages and follow-ups to convert cold leads into qualified opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to align outreach strategies with campaign goals.
Track daily lead generation metrics and report conversions.
Requirements
Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B prospecting, or outreach marketing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
Understanding of high-end, luxury, or wellness markets is a plus.
Compensation
