This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, along with a blend of business and technical expertise, to drive alignment across product development cycles.<p><br><em><strong><br>This is you</strong></em></p><ul><ul><li> 7+ years of experience as Product Owner/ Business Analyst within lottery, gaming, or related industries.</li><li>Relevant experience in lottery digital & retail operations.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within lottery systems.</li><li>Confident, dynamic, and results-oriented professional.</li><li>Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and a dedicated team player.</li><li>Strong empathy, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.</li><li>Skilled in guiding, coaching, and empowering teams for success.</li><li>Capable of aligning tactical decisions with long-term goals.</li><li>Proactive learner with resilience, flexibility, and a drive for continuous improvement.<br><br></li></ul></ul><ul></ul><p><em><strong>This is your role</strong></em></p><ul><ul><li>Lead Product Owners to ensure their decisions align with company strategy. </li><li>Collaborate with Product and Delivery Managers to shape the roadmap and drive customer value.</li><li>Act as an ambassador for the product and key contact for product-related queries.</li><li>Prioritize high-value work (stories, epics, themes) based on business value and strategy.</li><li>Support POs with sprint planning and backlog prioritization.</li><li>Ensure product features and user stories are clearly defined and documented.</li><li>Lead demos and gather stakeholder feedback to guide development.</li><li>Foster continuous improvement, agile delivery, and team growth.</li><li>Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Mentor Product Owners and support their professional development.</li><li>Understand end-to-end customer experience and market trends.</li><li>Contribute to defining long-term product strategy during visioning phases.</li></ul></ul><p> </p><p><em><strong>What awaits you at Avenga?</strong></em></p><p><em>At Avenga, everyone matters.
