Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500 (based on experience)
Work Days: 5 days per week

Job Description:

FNP Cakes is seeking a passionate and creative Junior Pastry Chef to join our growing team at our Mandai production facility. The ideal candidate will assist in daily production, preparation, and finishing of cakes and pastries while maintaining high-quality standards and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and production of cakes, pastries, desserts, and fillings according to FNP recipes and quality standards.

  • Support the senior pastry chef in developing new flavours and innovative designs.

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the work area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

  • Monitor ingredient inventory and inform the team of shortages.

  • Assist in decorating cakes, including theme and custom designs when required.

  • Maintain consistent portioning, taste, and presentation of all products.

  • Follow daily production schedules and support the dispatch team for timely delivery.


Requirements:

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only

  • Strong interest and passion for pastry arts and cake making

  • Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practice
