Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for visual storytelling and a passion for creating impactful designs using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support our marketing, branding, and content teams by creating visually appealing graphics that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design social media graphics, web banners, email templates, presentations, and marketing materials.
Assist in developing design concepts that reflect brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Edit and enhance images, vector illustrations, and branded templates.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver timely solutions.
Maintain consistency across all creative assets in terms of style, colors, fonts, and layouts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
Adapt and resize assets across various platforms and formats (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, newsletters, websites).
Organize and archive design files for easy access and future use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Canva and at least one Adobe Creative Suite tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
Strong visual design sense with attention to detail and color theory.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply them across all designs.
Familiarity with image editing, typography, layout principles, and digital file formats.
Good communication skills to understand briefs and respond to feedback constructively.
Basic knowledge of content and design trends across social media platforms.
Experience:
0–2 years of graphic design experience.
Freshers or students with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
