Junior Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Response and follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
  • Provide product information to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions on improving customer service

process and experience to superior.

  • Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage

customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must haves:

  • SPM level or above.Trilingual in English, Chinese and Malay (verbal, written & read).

Nice to haves:

  • Preferred age range: 21-32 years old.
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Offic

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,500.00 per month
