About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, efficient Part-Time Warehouse Packer to support our reseller operations by packing and preparing parcels daily. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work on-site at our warehouse in Singapore.

The Warehouse Packer (E-commerce / Reseller Support) is responsible for :

  • Receive daily packing orders and instructions
  • Select and prepare suitable packaging materials (boxes, bags,, etc.)
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Label parcels accurately (shipping labels, tracking, etc.)
  • Perform quality checks (correct item, correct quantity, no visible damage)
  • Record packing information (parcel count, photos of packed parcel with Waybill labels)
  • Coordinate parcel handover with courier / logistics partners
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packing area
  • Assist with inventory of packing materials (reorder or restock as needed)
  • Handle returned or damaged items per process
  • Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect stock to supervisor

Our requirements of the candidate are :

  • Receive daily packing orders and instructions.
  • Choose and prep appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bags, etc.).
  • Pack items securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Label parcels accurately (shipping labels, tracking numbers, etc.).
  • Carry out quality checks (correct item, correct quantity, no visible damage).
  • Record packing details (parcel count, and photos of the packed items with waybill labels).
  • Coordinate handover of parcels with courier or logistics partners.
  • Keep the packing area clean and well organized.
  • Assist with tracking inventory of packing materials and restocking or reordering when needed.
  • Manage returned or damaged items according to procedure.
  • Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect stock to your supervisor.

    • Working Hours & Location

  • Hours per day : 4 hours (11 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM)
  • Days per week : Monday – Friday (5 days per week)
  • Location : On-site at the warehouse in Eunos, Singapore

    • This is not a remote role; the candidate must report to the warehouse daily.
