Role Overview

As an Online Hindi Tutor, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group online sessions in Hindi, crafting tailored lesson plans, tracking progress, and helping students excel academically. This role supports learners across various levels—from middle school through college.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver individualized online tutoring sessions in Hindi.
2. Diagnose student learning gaps and develop customized lesson plans.
3. Prepare students for exams: homework help, test prep, and assignment review.
4. Monitor and assess progress; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
5. Adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles and academic levels.
6. Maintain records of sessions and student progress; collaborate with parents/teachers as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or related field.
2. Proven experience tutoring Hindi online or in person (preferred).
3. Strong communication & interpersonal skills; patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
4. Comfortable using educational tech tools (Zoom, virtual whiteboards, Google Classroom).
