📍 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)

📆 4-days of work, followed by 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of Weekends & Public Holidays)

🕖7.00am - 4.00pm ― Shift start time can start as early as 2.00am.

🚖 For early shifts, transportation will be arranged/ reimbursed for staff residing in the West!

As an expert consultant to bakeries, you will oversee various aspects of production, recipe development & quality control to ensure the creation of high-quality pastry/ bread products. Your role will involve both operational management & innovation to drive consistency, creativity & will also contribute to the Company's growth & menu items that appeal to a diverse customers' base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⌜Quality & Monitoring⌟

✅ Regularly monitor & assess the quality of buns & other bakery products produced in the Central Kitchen & distributed across various outlets.

✅ Implement & oversee stringent quality control measures to ensure consistency & adherence to Company's standards.

  • ⌜Training & Staff Development⌟

✅ Conduct training sessions for bakers & other production staffs to ensure consistent quality in all products.

✅ Provide ongoing support & mentorship to bakery staffs, reinforcing best practices in both production techniques & product presentation.

  • ⌜Recipe Development & Innovation⌟

✅ Take the lead on implementing, promoting & improving both new & existing product lines, ensuring they align with market trends & customers' preferences.

✅ Assist in creating promotional strategies that highlight new items, leveraging their potential to boost sales.

  • ⌜Product Support & Crisis Management⌟

✅ Stand in as a baker & resume full production duties during emergencies/ staffing shortages, ensuring that operations continue smoothly without compromising quality.

  • ⌜Collaboration & Continuous Improvement⌟

✅ Work closely with bakery management to continually assess production processes & identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficient operations & high product quality.

✅ Offer ongoing support for recipe testing, ingredient sourcing & production enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Extensive experience in baking, pastry arts or related fields with focus on high-quality production & recipe development.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, train & inspire bakery staffs.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, food safety standards & production efficiency.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing new recipes & bakery innovations.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & manage tasks efficiently.
