Lynkage is a premium bike component retailer based in Singapore, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to passionate cyclists. We are seeking a creative and organized Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in supporting our online presence, managing our social media content, ensuring our e-commerce listings are top-notch, and providing excellent online customer support. Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):

  • Create, Manage and Schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, edit, and optimize product listings on platforms like Carousell and Shopee, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments via social media DMs, Carousell chat, and Shopee chat (text-based only).
  • Maintain organized digital assets (photos, videos, listing information).
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to digital marketing and e-commerce as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in photo editing and video editing specifically for short-form social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels). Proficiency with tools like CapCut, VN Editor, or similar mobile/desktop video editors is essential.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), trends, and best practices for engagement.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy (captions, product descriptions, customer responses).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (file management, spreadsheets).

5. Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

These are the "nice-to-haves" that make a candidate stand out.

  • Experience managing or creating listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Carousell, Lazada, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
  • Passion for or knowledge of bicycles/cycling.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Prior experience in online customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre and Carousell Pro tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics.
  • Experience working remotely as a virtual assistant or similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per month
