Junior Customer Service (Live Chat Support) Mandarin Speaker

Fully Work from Home (Preferably Chinese)

(Salary range : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 | Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + EPF/SOCSO

Benefits : 6 month of bonus (Company + Performance bonus) | Quarterly Incentive | 13th of bonus | Vacation reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Response & follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email.

2. Provide products information to customer.

3. Gather customer feedback & provide suggestions on improving customer service process & experience to superior.

4.Maintain positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. No gender restrictions, preferably 21 - 32 Years Old

2.SPM level & above, trilingual in English, Chinese & Malay (verbal, written & read).

3.Minimun 1 years working experiences in any customer service role.

4.Basic computer skill: Gsuite. Microsoft.

5.High stress tolerance & problem-solving skill.

6.Own PC/Laptop with spec 8GB RAM above & I5 Core or AMD Ryzen 5 above with 80mbps internet speed for work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
