<p><strong>Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>To build corporate branding through press releases and enhance the corporate image of the Company</li><li>To manage the Corporate Website Management and ensure consistency within the Company Corporate group</li><li>To work on marketing communication material for the various business units </li><li>To handle External Communications, Media Relations, and Social Media Management</li><li>To handle Media queries, replies and facilitate news filming and photography requests</li><li>To manage Internal Communications, Corporate Marketing and Communication Collaterals Management. This includes communication of Company’s policies, drafting of press releases, updating of Company’s websites, and contributing to Company’s internal publications</li><li>To coordinate and facilitate media / analyst interviews with Senior Management</li><li>To assist in logistics for media interview, results briefing</li><li>To manage a suite of marketing communication collaterals such as corporate brochures, materials and calendars</li><li>To monitor and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaigns</li><li>To provide support for initiatives and ensure that key corporate messages, standards, and guidelines were cascaded effectively and consistently</li><li>To involve in a common platform connecting all regional Companies</li><li>To assist Corporate Communications Manager in any ad-hoc duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field</li><li>Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and corporate branding</li><li>Familiarity with website management and content creation</li><li>Knowledge of media relations, public relations, and crisis communication</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferred 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing Communications</li><li>Experience handling external communications, press releases, and media relations</li><li>Background in managing corporate websites, internal publications, and marketing collaterals</li><li>Experience coordinating media interviews, news coverage, and corporate events</li><li>Exposure to working with international teams and stakeholders is an advantage</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to develop and execute corporate branding strategies</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus</li><li>Skilled in photo-taking and video editing for corporate communication and promotional use</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage communication initiatives effectively</li></ul><p></p>
