Join ShopBack as a Contract Social Media Associate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to manage content campaigns and collaborate with creators and partners.

Your role

Responsibilities

• Source and manage creators, merchants, and partners for content campaigns.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Ensure external content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
• Support in conceptualization and production of short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
• Organize and manage content libraries.
• Assist with planning and rollout of ShopBack Pay content.
• Align with internal stakeholders and manage timelines and deliverables.

About you

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcomed; bonus for a minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
• Ability to commit for the full 6-month contract duration.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Positive & Agile working mentality.
• Basic Excel skills are preferred.
