Work Schedule: Office hours!
Compensation: Up to 4 months’ bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help people register and answer their questions in a friendly way
  • Schedule appointments and respond to calls and emails quickly
  • Do general office tasks to keep things running smoothly
  • Prepare and send bills accurately and on time
  • Get documents ready for client meetings and go with clients when needed
  • Help the team with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • GCE N/O Level, Nitec, or similar qualification
  • Friendly and service-oriented attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
