Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Support / Administrative Executive to ensure smooth daily operations and provide light support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle general office administration, filing, correspondence, and document management

Process invoices, payments, claims, and maintain accurate records and reports

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules, including CEO calendar support

Manage customer enquiries and feedback with proper follow-up

Prepare reports, presentations, production schedules, and meeting materials

Liaise with vendors, support procurement, and optimise workflows using digital tools

Assist with internal communications and ad hoc administrative or operational tasks

Requirements

1–2 years of administrative or related experience

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools

Good communication skills with discretion in handling confidential matters

Able to work independently
