Job description:

About the Role:

Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Associate Executive with the Patient Billing Services Department, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing processes and timely revenue collection. You'll manage hospital billing systems, process claims, and deliver excellent customer service to patients and corporate clients.

What You'll Do:

Billing Operations & Accuracy

• Verify and ensure accuracy of patient bills and invoices

• Collaborate with clinical departments to resolve billing discrepancies and process adjustments through our Hospital Billing System

• Review billing and claims reports to identify and address issues

• Prepare and distribute consolidated invoices for corporate clients

Claims Management

• Process daily claims submissions to private medical insurers (PMI), Central Provident Fund (CPF), and government agencies

• Submit electronic invoices for government entities through platforms such as Vendors@GOV

• Follow up on claims issues and rectify rejected claims with relevant parties

• Monitor and resolve outstanding accounts receivable

Customer Service & Documentation

• Assist patients with required documentation including Medisave Claims authorisation forms and Means Testing Consent Forms

• Handle email and telephone enquiries related to billing, payments, and claims processes

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all billing documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity

• Healthcare experience is an added advantage

• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Self-motivated with keen interest in learning and knowledge sharing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge preferred

• Independent and proactive work approach

• Excellent communication skills

• Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset
