Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments.
Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to critical documents.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Prior experience working with senior executives or management teams is an added advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
