Job Description

• Oversee, review, and prepare accounting, finance, and administrative functions for both Singapore and overseas entities.
• Monitor cash flow and liaise with banks for account openings, fixed deposits, and related matters.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the corporate office, including group consolidation.
• Lead the preparation and management of the Group's annual budget.
• Coordinate and manage internal/external audits, tax filings, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, tax regulations, and MAS requirements.
• Handle corporate affairs and administrative functions, including coordination with external service providers.

The Successful Applicant

• Min Diploma in accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent.
• Min 2 years of working experience
• Strong in FRS/IFRS requirements and Companies Act
