<li>Learn from user tests videos to understand how clients perceive the product</li>
<li>Proactive team management via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools</li>
<li>Eventually, help build a team of CS superstars</li>
<li>Identify and solve solutions</li>
<li>Helping customers use proxies effectively</li>
<li>Chat and Email support</li>
